The terms and conditions as set out herein (“Terms”) constitute, which manages and operates the Win Leaf Tea Platform (defined below) and any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses Win Leaf Tea Platform in any manner (“you” or “your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on Win Leaf Tea Platform (“Service”), as updated from time to time.

Win Leaf Tea brand owned & managed by Emjee Enterprises, By using the Win Leaf Tea Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms. So please read these carefully before continuing to use the Win Leaf Tea Platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this Win Leaf Tea Platform. Please note that your access to the Services, other platforms or utilisation of Products (defined below), offers or promotions in relation to the Products as may be provided by Us or its affiliates, may be governed by other terms and conditions, policies or guidelines (“Additional Terms”) along with these Terms. If these Terms are inconsistent with any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Service or utilisation of the Product. These Terms govern your use of the Win Leaf Tea Platform and transaction or dealings thereon.

The terms and conditions for usage of the Win Leaf Tea Platform as set out herein (“Terms of Use”) specifically govern your access and use of the Win Leaf Tea Platform,which provides a forum for you to inter alia enable you to discover, select and buy Products listed on Win Leaf Tea Platform at the indicated price at any time, from the serviceable locations serviceable by Win Leaf Tea.

Please note that we may from time to time change the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Win Leaf Tea Platform. REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

In order to use the Win Leaf Tea Platform and/or avail the Services, you will have to register on the Platform. Registration is a one-time process. You will be eligible to further access and avail the Services only upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail from us after filling in the necessary forms and after providing the necessary details as may be required by us at the time of your registration.

You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the log in credentials of your account on the Win Leaf Tea Platform and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain confidentiality of your email accounts/mobile SMSs where we may send log in PIN/password. It is recommended to change your PIN/passwords frequently.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS

We will try to ensure that all information and recommendations, whether in relation to the Products, Services, offerings or otherwise (hereinafter “Information”), provided as part of this Win Leaf Tea Platform is correct at the time of inclusion on the Win Leaf Tea Platform, We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Information

  • We make no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of Information.
  • We makes no commitment to update or correct any Information appears on the Win Leaf Tea Platform.

THIRD PARTY INTERACTION AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

In your use of Win Leaf Tea Platform, you may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of advertisers or members or sponsors of Win Leaf Tea or access any other third party website linked to the Win Leaf Tea Platform. You agree that Win Leaf Tea has no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion, access or usage of any third party website and the contract under such instances remains between you and any such third party.

Report Identity Theft

If you are a victim of identity theft, you may request, at no charge, copies of application and business records in our control relating to the fraudulent transactions which may have occurred at Win Leaf Tea, or one of our websites. If you are a victim of identity theft, use this page to request copies of records in our control.

Returns & Exchange

REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

We follow a customer-friendly policy for refunds or returns of your orders.

  • In case of defected or damaged orders
    You may apply for return or exchange of your order in case the received product is defective, different or damaged. You must raise this issue by writing to us at customercare@winleaf.com along with required proof within 3 days of the receipt of the order. Please share good quality images of the received order as a proof.
  • We will verify internally once it is approved. we will deliver a new pack within 7 days to your address.
  • If it is not approved as per our internal policy. We will not send a new pack.
  • If you want money refunded. We will refund your money within 3-7 business days once the product is received at our store.

Kindly ensure the product/order is new, unused and unopened.

 

  • In case of product related issues
    In case product quality related issue like taste different or any related concern, customers are requested to raise request at customercare@winleaf.com within 3 working days of the receipt of the product along with product details

Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Shipping

We ship our products worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on your location.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-7 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Local Delivery (within 5 km): 1 business day
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
