Win Leaf Tea brand owned & managed by Emjee Enterprises, By using the Win Leaf Tea Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms. So please read these carefully before continuing to use the Win Leaf Tea Platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this Win Leaf Tea Platform. Returns & Exchange

REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

We follow a customer-friendly policy for refunds or returns of your orders.

• In case of defected or damaged orders
  You may apply for return or exchange of your order in case the received product is defective, different or damaged. You must raise this issue by writing to us at [email protected] along with required proof within 3 days of the receipt of the order. Please share good quality images of the received order as a proof.
• We will verify internally once it is approved. we will deliver a new pack within 7 days to your address.
• If it is not approved as per our internal policy. We will not send a new pack.
• If you want money refunded. We will refund your money within 3-7 business days once the product is received at our store.

Kindly ensure the product/order is new, unused and unopened.

• In case of product related issues
  In case product quality related issue like taste different or any related concern, customers are requested to raise request at [email protected] within 3 working days of the receipt of the product along with product details

Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
